Returns
At Barnby Design, each piece is crafted with care. Because many of our items are made to order, our returns policy differs between custom and stock pieces.

All made to order furniture is created specifically for you. For this reason, these pieces cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged in transit.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Stock (non-custom) items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original condition
The item must be returned in the original packaging it arrived in
You must contact us before sending the item back
Items returned without original packaging or not in resaleable condition may not be eligible for a refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for stock item returns unless the item is faulty or damaged in transit.
We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as Barnby Design cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
